Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

What counts toward the invoice processing limit?

Only invoices that need AI extraction count — documents you upload, forward via email, or import via SFTP. Each file counts as one processed invoice regardless of the number of pages or line items. Data synced from QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting integrations is unlimited and does not count toward your plan limit.

Are there per-user fees?

No. All plans include unlimited users at no additional cost. Your entire AP team, approvers, and managers can access the system without increasing your bill.

What happens if I exceed my invoice processing limit?

You will be notified when approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We never stop processing your invoices mid-month — overages are billed at a reasonable per-invoice rate.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable, but you can switch to monthly billing at renewal.

What integrations are included?

All plans include QuickBooks Online integration with unlimited data sync — import your full history of bills, purchase orders, and vendors at no extra cost. Growth and Scale plans support additional ERP integrations. Enterprise plans include custom integration development.

Is implementation included?

Standard onboarding is included. Historical import cleanup, supplier deduplication, custom approval design, and production rollout support may require a paid implementation package depending on scope.
