Is there a free trial?

What counts as a document?
A document is any file processed through Nexus — invoices, purchase orders, goods receipts, or credit notes. Each file counts as one document regardless of the number of pages or line items.
Are there per-user fees?
No. All plans include unlimited users at no additional cost. Your entire AP team, approvers, and managers can access the system without increasing your bill.
What happens if I exceed my document limit?
You will be notified when approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We never stop processing your invoices mid-month — overages are billed at a reasonable per-document rate.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable, but you can switch to monthly billing at renewal.
What integrations are included?
All plans include QuickBooks Online integration. Growth and Enterprise plans support additional ERP integrations. Enterprise plans include custom integration development.
